What Causes Vomiting Along With Headaches In A Child?

Ok my 10 year old daughter has been vomiting off and on for 10+ days. Initially low grade fev, now not so much. Complains of headache of and on. Sometimes her throats bothers her. Yesterday said breathing was tough. Went to children s. X-ray of abdominal and blood work. Dr called and said X-ray is fine what else should we trouble shoot? Blood work not back yet.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A normal X-ray chest rules out possibility of chest infection.
Vomiting associated with fever and headache suggests gastro-intestinal tract infection.
Pain killers for pain are required.
In addition, antibiotics for gastrointestinal tract infection are also required.
