What Causes Vomiting After Taking Azithromycin?
Hello. I got prescribed 2 tablets of 500 mg azithromycin to take both at once. About 50 minutes after I took it, I threw up. I didn t eat before I took the medication therefore I barely threw up it was mainly just yellow. My question is, do I need to take this medication again since I threw up?

It seems to be due to stomach irritation caused by Azithromycin.
You need to take this medication again 2-3 hours after having food.
