What Causes Vomiting After Injecting Crystal Methamphetamine Into The Blood Stream?

Hi,, I’ve slammed a number of times over the past few years. I used to dry reach after injecting and then I started vomiting.. last night after a slam I vomited three times … this isn’t normal? How bad a sign is this? The vomit comes out of nowhere.. I get a few seconds warning to run to the sink ( never made the toilet) also is watery and black or dark brown

Hello,

You should get connected to a detox center and get clinically examined for the side effects you are experiencing. You are presently having black or brown vomiting. It is indicative of life-threatening complication. Black or brown vomit may mean that you are bleeding internally. It is a medical emergency. Get hospitalized.

Coffee ground vomitus is caused by bleeding in your gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are variceal hemorrhage, Mallory-Weiss tears, peptic ulcer, stomach cancer, etc. You will have to get blood tests, investigations, and imaging tests done. Your treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed & the severity of the symptoms.
