What Causes Vomiting After Having Meals?
My 4 year kid is vomiting after eating anything, even after taking milk too. His weight is 17 kg. My pediatrician has adviced Domstal 5ml thrice a day, Lanzol junior 1 tab for 5 days empty stomach. But from yesterday he is having loose motion. For that doc advised me econorm sachet twice a day and zinconia syrup 5 ml once a day. Will you please suggest me dose of econorm sachet for my child and the way of taking econorm. Please help me out.

Hi,
The vomiting and motions are secondary to intestine infection.
As per my clinical experience, the Econorm sachet has to be taken (should be reconstituted in lukewarm water for each sachet and given freshly prepared only.)
