What Causes Vomiting After Eating Or Drinking?

Hello, I am a boy of 18 years having a height of 5 4 and a weight of 50.5 kgs and I have come to another city for higher study. But probably the water and foods are not shuiting me.. I am vomitting continuously whatever I eat or drink.I ate a guava and I vomitted it. I ate light rice and I vomitted it. Moreover I started to drink mineral water and I vomitted it. This is being happened for 3 days and I have become pale and thin and very very weak.I visited a doctor yesterday and he gave me medicines .Yet my problems are going on.He suggested for an endoscopy.Doctor,I m helpless.Please help me.

as you are very weak at this moment, it is better to admit to nearest hospital. i feel you may need some injections to stop vomitting and sailines to restore your body fluids. after initial resusitation doctors can further investigate to find the cause for vomitting. may need to do ultra sound scan of abdomen to exclude appenecitis and viral hepatitis. need to relevant blood and urine investigations exclude acute infections . so best thing you can do is inform your condition to parents , friends and admit to nearest hospital.
