What Causes Voice To Be Too Loud After Surgery Of Medal Ear?
I just had a surgery in my lift medal ear about a week ago and I don t have too much of a complaint, but my voice is too loud in my right ear only when I talk but can not hear others when they talk. if you can explain why I feel like this and would this get better? Thanks !!! KV

Hi. It is probably because since the middle ear has a lot of swelling and fluid accumulation after surgery, it is hyper-resonating voice to make it sound loud. it is the same phenomenon that makes your voice sound loud when you block your ears with your fingers and speak. This should improve in a week or two as the healing improves.
