What Causes Visible Veins In Hand With Pins And Needles?

for the last 3 months i have noticed that in my left hand i can see all my veins clearly. it hurts most days and i also get pins and needles. My GP said its tendinitis but im not sure as everything she told me to do i have done and it hasnt helped :(

Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your very thoroughly.
Clinically it`s related to neurological problem along with perfusion component.
Dear you require Neurophysician evaluation for the same to get reason and fix the issue.
Till you do the same :
* Keep your BP, Blood Sugar, Cholesterol levels under control.
* Perform some light exercises of fist and fingers at home.
* Avoid smoking / alcohol consumption if doing.
* Can take analgesic tab mor and eve after meals if more pain.
* In our clinic we give neuronal medications containing Methylcobalamine
and Pre-gabaline, but as these are prescribed medi you have to get by
clinician only.
