What Causes Vibration Or Flutter From Testicle/groin?

Strange symptom - in groin area, cannon tell if it is coming from right testicle or just groin - it feels like a light vibration or flutter. Lasts about 2-3 seconds, stops and then about 2-5 mins later, hit occurs again. Any ideas what might be causing it? Just began 2 days ago.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of flutter of a few seconds coming from right testicle or groin, the area you are not sure about. Recurs within 5 minutes and started 3 days ago.
The commonest cause is the fluttering of the cremaster muscle which arises from the abdominal muscles.
The abnormal nervous discharge from a twig of the small nerve supplying this part gives this sensation.
This may be psycho- sexually driven or related to the stress and/ or anxiety.
Consult a General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical evaluation and treatment.
