What Causes Vibrating Sensation In The Arms?

I m feeling electric like vibration like feeling in both arms. More on the left palm and lesser on the right palm. I took meth 9 hours ago for the first time and couldn t sleep the whole night. Electric like feeling disappeared when I was in rest positron, just now I lifted and done some work with my hands, not even close to heavy stuff, and then electric vibration like feeling came back as I described above to both hands palms and also on my lips. Also I m having palpitations continously, pulse rate is between 76, it increased to 90 when the electric feeling started on palms. I wanna sleep, what should I do ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression.

For further assessment I would suggest you to do MRI neck, nerve conduction studies, vit b 12 level after consultation.

In case of pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.

Do regular physical therapy. Take balanced diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
