What Causes Vessel And Vein Prominence On The Penis Shaft?

Is it normal to see real small blood vessels in penis I have mastrobated a lot over the yrs due to staying single and have a hard time getting a erection with a woman have I damaged myself permantely bty over mastrobating and I can see little red veins around the head of my penis. I will tell you also I do have low self esteem and could that be a factor to some time in the past I have mastrobated 2 or more time a day have I hurt myself

As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
Small blood vessels over the penis are seen normally,in many men.
Nothing to worry about. It's not due to any disease or won't affect erections.
Masturbation is normal in batchelors and also doesn't affect erections.
The low self esteem is due to erectile dysfunction(ED) and nothing else.
You'll need to get examined by an Urologist and get expert advise.
That will clear your doubts about hurting your-self and about ED.
