Hello,

Since when you're having giddiness? Possible causes may be hypoglycemia or diabetes-related vestibulocochlear nerve injury or BPPV or anaemia or cardia infraction or hypotension etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. Use vitamin b12 once a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/ENT specialist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
