What Causes Vertigo In The Elderly?
I m a 63 year old male, leading a rather sedentary life. At times I experience a spontaneous vertigo. I m looking for any provocation, such as standing up suddenly, but I could be sitting still when it occurs. I can t find any correlations. Any questions or ideas?

Go for blood investigation including hb.
If thr is less hb then it may be a cause.
Try walk in morning.It will make ur blood circulation good.
