What Causes Vertigo Along With Tremors In The Legs And Arms?

Hi, I am a female 71 years old. I have bad vertigo, trembling in my left leg and left arm when I sit down and relax and sometimes when I m standing. I can only stand 15 minutes and I start trembling in my legs. They seem to go out from under me when I file which I have several times I cannot get up without help. I use a walker and a cane, but the vertigo seems to be with me all the time even when I m lying down. I ve had numerous tests I m going to see a neurologist now along with therapy. But none of it seems to have helped. I can t exercise cuz I get too dizzy and I stand up I ll fall. What is the matter with me this is what I m for 3 years. I had a heart attack and a mini-stroke 3 years ago. I m not overweight

It could be a benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The neurologist will tell you various manouveres to help overcome it.
