What Causes Vertigo Along With Pressure In Head And Pain Behind The Eye?
I have, osteoarthritis in my lower back. Have been battling vertigo (coming from my right ear) bouts for two months. Never had this b4 in my life. Pressure in my head. Always feel what I call; loopy. Today, I have severe pain behind my eye radiating to behind my ear. Could all these things be related?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are suffering from vertigo along with pressure in head and pain behind the eye. Well there can be many reason for vertigo like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo , meniere's disease , Vestibular neuritis , acoustic neurome , migraine or stroke . As you mention that you have neck and chest pain also , which indicate some kind of serious problem like transient ischaemic attack and need immediate medical attention . I would suggest you to take anti-histamine and anti-cholinergic drugs like meclizine and scopolamine. Apply warm compressors on ear. You should take oral broad spectrum Antibiotics to treat the infection. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order test like dix Hallpike test to confirm the diagnosis and also check vitals . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drugs , sedatives or antibiotics .
