What Causes Vertigo Along With Dry Mouth And Extreme Fatigue?

i have been experiencing vertigo for about a month. Some vertigo exercises have helped. Now I am experiencing extreme fatigue and dry mouth to the point it is hard to eat but I am hungry. I am experiencing head pain in the back of my head and neck. My blood pressure is 90 on the bottom and I feel chilled. I have been to the ER twice and have seen an ENT who noticed my right eye jumps to the left when I try to follow to the right periferal vision. I have trouble focusing my eyes sometimes in the morning. Can you give me any idea about what is possibly wrong?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, vertigo and eye movement actually need to be looked for some cerebral pathology and it is better to get done the CT brain it is just for safe side although it may may be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be managed with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day just on tentative basis else no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
