What Causes Veins Pop Out In Hands?

Dear doctor iam 16 years old 160cm height and 48kg weight.i have veins pop out in my hand.i think its due to release of semen.how do i over come this?

Is there any medicine for this? If so please tell me . It is breaking my privacy all are laughing at me.please advice me what to do.

Hi, Semen cannot cause veins to burst in your hand.
Do you have big veins in your hand or is there some discoloration due to rupture of a vein? There is no medicine for veins that are larger than normal. And they usually do not cause any problems. Do not worry.
If you are concerned then please upload a photo of your hand so I can get a better idea and give you the best advice.
For that you will have to post a GP or a specialist query.
