What Causes Varying Levels Of Cpk And Cramps In Leg?

Dear sirs good afternoon
I'm a man of 56 y.o. 176 cms tall 70 kg.
Normal alimentation, three glasses of wine a day, no alcohol.
Walk much. Work at computer.
I've never had heart troubles, but in october I suffered an infarction.
Had coronarography and angioplastic.
My cpk then reached 1440, in a few days decreased till 300.
420 in december, 630 in january (was recovered again), 420 in march, around 500 in april june. Today reached 930.
The doctors cannot find a reason for that.
I wonder if sex can influence this value (once a day).
The peaks of cpk corresponded to very stressy work situations.
I suffer with cramps especially on my left leg. (this even before the infarction)
Thanks so much for attention and help
