What Causes Variation In Blood Pressure?

I work home health & have a 58 ye old female patient with history of high BP & strokes. Lately her BP has bounced between 94/54 to 156/100 & every where in between. She can bounce 20 to 30 points in less than 15 minutes. Why is this happening & what kind of complications could this cause?

This problem occurs due autonomic disturbances which mean there is problem in nerve which controls your blood pressure and it can occur due diabetes , drugs especially antihypertensive drugs and simply due to aging.
You should some precautions.
Arising slowly, in stages, from supine to seated to standing.
Avoiding straining, coughing, and walking in hot weather
Maintaining hydration and avoiding over-heating.
Raising the head of the bed 10 to 20 degrees
The use of custom-fitted elastic stockings
Regular exercise may help
