What Causes Vaginal Tear And Redness After Having Intercourse?
I think I may have a tear from intercourse but I m not sure if it may be herpes. The intercourse happened less than 48 hours ago and there is a reddened area just outside the vaginal entrance with some pale raised sunburn peel like skin nearby and a flap of skin. It doesn t hurt to touch but I am aware of it when doing normal activities and sitting as it feels sensitive. I have not had any STDs before. I am not feeling unwell either.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely vaginal tear from sexual activity. Herpes usually appear as blistering type of rash and will be more than one in number also. For tear if it is small then hot fomentation and applying betadine ointment locally will be helpful. Avoid intercourse till it heal also.
