What Causes Vaginal Spotting While On Phentermine?

Taking phentermine and 2 weeks ago thou I had my period but it was light I am irregular so that is something that is normal today found a light blood hardly notice it until later in the night wipe and there was blood on the toilet paper...not sure if this is a side effect, infection, UTI?

I understand your concern.
Phentermine is a drug having appetite suppressing effect.. that is how it helps in reduction of weight.It is not known to have any effect on menstruation / irregular vaginal bleeding .
THe The uirregular menses with spotting you have seems to be due to a possible hormonal imbalance along with overweight..& they are -- thyroid problems or PCOD.
You should consult a gynecologist for physical examination & investigations ( USG, thyroid function tests )to pin point the cause of such spotting , followed by specific treatment.
