What Causes Vaginal Spotting During Second Trimester Of Pregnancy?
I AM 39 YEARS OLD, 17 WEEKS PREGNANT AND HAVE BEEN SPOTTING ON & OFF FOR THE LAST 3WEEKS. I DRINK AT LEAST 16 OZ OF COFFEE ABOUT 4 TIMES A WEEK. I WAS TOLD BY MY OB THAT I HAVE A SLIGHT INFECTION BUT NO MEDICATION WAS GIVEN BECAUSE I m NOT 20 WKS YET. ACCORDING TO THE MISCARRAGE FACTS THTA IVE BEEN GOOGLING THESE ARE ALL BAD SIGNS OF A MISCARRAGE. THIS BEING MY LAST PREGNANCY, WHEN CAN I RELAX AND FINALLY ENJOY THIS PREGNANCY??

if it is just spotting and not continuous then no need to worry it could be because of infection
i recommend you to take rest and go back to OB for prescription for infection keep an eye if there is any continuous spotting or increased bleeding in that case consult doctor immediately.
