General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your vaginal spotting could be due to Hormonal changes, Infections,
Subchorionic hemorrhage.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo detailed examination, reproductive hormone analysis and USG scan to confirm the any pathology.
Medicine like progesterone, folic acid, HCG shot will help you
Take complete bed rest, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, take healthy diet in small frequent meal
Take medicine under the advise of the gynecologist and regular USG follow up is required to monitor the growth.
Hope this may help you
