What Causes Vaginal Spotting During First Trimester Of Pregnancy?

I recently found out I was pregnant with a home test on Friday. Last night I was spotting with light bleeding and today the bleeding has progressed to something like a regular to heavy period. And now I ve started getting painful cramps. I m just unsure if I should go to the er.

Bleeding sometimes happen normally but heavy bleeding is not. I would suggest you to visit your gynecologist as soon as possible and if you cant get t her then visit the ER immediately.
