What Causes Vaginal Spotting During 36-38 Weeks Pregnancy?
Hello, I m 36-38 weeks pregnant and just yesterday had very light spotting so I think. It was bright red and was about the amount you d receive if you had a small cut. I m curious to know what its from? Considering I ve been having period like cramps I m concerned I may be going into Labour shortly.

Well, spotting at 36 - 38 weeks of gestation is unusual. Since you are also having cramps, it is better you seek medical attention at the earliest.
You need to get a ultrasound scan immediately and take Obstetrician's advise at the earliest to know about the reasons for spotting and cramps, as well as the status of pregnancy.
