What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Severe Lower Abdominal Pain During Early Pregnancy?
6weeks pregnant, 11days ago I bled a small clump of blood and had severe lower abdominal pain. Hospital stopped the bleeding and then 3days ago I noticed a dark brownish discharge. I have been prescribed 2tabs of progynova 3times a day for 5weeks but I am not sure if this is the best treatment? I feel a pressure in my lower abdomen and this scares me. I have been on atripla since Jan 2012. What do I do to keep my baby safe?

Just take lots of rest and fluid and don’t stress. The treatment is correct and let’s wait for few days to see what will happen.
