What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Bleeding During Pregnancy?
My friend is two months along in her pregnancy, I need answers ASAP. This is what she s said : I have been spotting and bleeding the whole time I ve been pregnant and my vagina is getting really swollen and makes me feel like I got to pee every minute

Hi,
Bleeding or spotting following conception is not a good sign and it is usually due to miscarriage. She needs to take an ultrasound scan urgently. and consult Obstetrician with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
