What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Headaches Post Menstruation?

I have a huge question. Okay so I was supposed to have my period on March 1 but I got it on February 29th and I got off around the 5th but when it ended I started spotting pretty lightly I believe it was light pink but sometimes alittle darker. Im a smoker I smoke cigarettes and here lately I ve been craving more and more and more. I ve also had bad headaches, light headed when standing, small cramps, and most of all mood swings like crazy. But the spotting is what got my attention please help.

Understand your concern

All this problem is due to hormonal imbalance generally seen after menstruation.
Take following advice
1.Limit caffeine, salt and nicotine from a few days before your period until two weeks after it
2. Healthy lifestyle
3 Stretching and regular exercise routines will reduce cramping and menstrual pain.
4. Yoga can be extremely helpful to reduce both the physical and mental symptoms
5. Massage can also help both physical and emotional symptoms. also relieve depression, anxiety and panic attacks.
6. Hot baths help with cramping, back pain and relaxation.
7. Sleep of at least 8 hours
8. If necessary take Tablet Meftal spas two times daily when severe symptoms.

Maintain hygiene like below:
1. Salt Bath- Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria.
2. Keeping The Vagina Dry (Not wet, clean well)
3. Wear pure cotton Loose underwear
