What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Headache And Body Ache?
I had my period on sept 17 for 4-5 days. I m on birth control for 3yr alway take it same time. Started spotting on the sept 25 then it got really heavy with blood cott going thru 2 pads in a hour . Having really bad headache and my body in pain . Should I go to the er?

Yes, you should consult nearby er or gynecologist for detailed evaluation. Pelvic examination and ultrasonography pelvis should be done for further work up. Meftal spas can be prescribed for your heavy bleeding.
