What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Receiving A Birth Control Shot?

I gotten a birth control shot that lasted 3 months, I started spotting about 25 days from the last day of the 3 months and then a few days I started bleeding regularly. I was having really bad cramps while is was at the store and when I got home a mixture of blood and this rubbery like white-ish or white with a mix of red was on my pad. I don t know what it is and I m freaking out. I asked my sister but she said it could be white cells ??

Hi I think you can be having some vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. It can be a side effect of depo also. Hope it helps.
