What Causes Vaginal Spotting A Week Before The Menstrual Cycle?

Hey, I had my periods on 30th of Jan which lasted for just 3 days which were about 47 days of my cycle and now I got some very light bleeding 7 days before of the date but it was for just a day. Am I pregnant ? But I made sure for precautions before any intercourse. Than too ? Is there any health issue with me. Please do let me know. And the tests are negative.

check out ur previous cycles if they R regular. get a ultrasound scan done for confirmation of pregnancy, it might be a sign of threatened abortion. also have more liquid foods n lots of water, iron rich foods.
