What Causes Vaginal Pain While Inserting Tampon?

Just was put on medication for bladder infection- I also have been diagnosed with cystitis ... Iv got my period today.. As soon as I inserted the tanpond I was in pain! I took it out and now in a lot of burning pain same as the pain I get w bladder infection and cystits pain... There was no pain before I use the tanpond this morning

Try to avoid the tampon and use pads until your infection subsides. You will need to complete the course of antibiotics first. Drink a lot of water to help flush out the infection.
