Hello,

Possibile causes of vaginal pain during pregnancy is
1. Enlargement of uterus.
2. Dilatation of cervix.
3. Hormonalchanges.
4. Growth of the fetus.
5. Infections.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your gynecologist she will examine locally and scan abdomen then treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
