What Causes Vaginal Pain Along With Bleeding After Intercourse?

19 5ft 6 9stn 1 I ve had a tingling sensation for the past 6 months which makes me feel like I need to urinate even when I don t and yesterday after sex I started to feel pain around the clitoris and there was blood around the area and to me it looks like there is a bit of purple coloured skin or something purple coloured hanging out of the clitoral area and it keeps bleeding. It is a little sore and hurts to urinate.This has never happened before and I have only had a medical history for asthma so it not related to this issue.

Hello,

The purple lesion at clitoris with pain and bleeding after intercourse may be in concern with vaginal infection or folliculitis issue most likely. The frequent urge to urinate in absence of urination indicate underlying cystitis through some sort of bacteria most likely. After thorough clinical examination, I do recommend urine culture, vaginal swab culture, for the microbiology evaluation of responsible bug and decide the course of therapy ahead.
