What Causes Vaginal Itching With White Discharge?
I have been having vaginal itching and white discharge with tiny lumps. The burn or pain has gotten better since it began on Tuesday and the odor is little to none. when I urinate theres a 3-4 sec burn I experience. when wiping if I use too much friction there is uncomfortable dryness for a couple minutes. I would like to know how to solve this issue and how to keep from experiencing this again, thank you.

I suggest you to visit a gynecologist as I believe it's a Bartholin cyst for which you need a complete clinical examination and needs to drain/remove it depending upon the size of it.
In the mean time you can use a perineal wash as V-Wash overtime you visit the washroom and warm sponges can also help in relieving the symptoms.
