What Causes Vaginal Itching With Brown Specs Discharge And Abdominal Pain?
Ok so I have really bad vaginal itchiness with lower abdomen pain. I wipe and red gooey and brown specs come out of my vagina, not much but they re there what can it be? Infection? If left untreated for too long can my reproductive organs get hurt? . I made an appointment for wednesday . But for now I m using organic unrefined coconut oil to soothe the itch and kill any yeast bacteria if presented. Is this ok?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of vaginal itching and discharge could be infection and it may be fungal infection some time associated with bacterial infection and it can be treated with local vaginal suppository like "Povidone iodine" and oral treatment of "Tab metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day and Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day, the condition can not affect the reproductive system of organ hope this information helps.
