What Causes Vaginal Infection And Hemorrhoids?

I m a 18 year old female...Friday I noticed I had vaginitis...the swelling has gone down, and everything but it tends to itch...and burn when i pee....besides that...Monday my anus was hurting so I went to the bathroom...I proceeded to wipe myself, and when I did it hurt very badly...I have a small, pink, fleshy, thing hanging out of my anus...it hurts very bad...and itches occasionally...there is no bleeding...Please tell me what on earth is wrong with my body...Is there no coming back from this...will this hinder me from anal sexual intercourse in the future.???

Hi, I think you can consult a surgeon for the hemorrhoids. It can be taken care of by medicines. You can take some stool softeners. Take some antibiotics also.Ointments are also available to reduce the pain and swelling. Get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any urine infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal.
