What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With White Tissue In It?

Hi I m 29 when I was 25 I was told I had hpv and I had pre cancerous cells on uterus I had a procedure to remove front lining I was told to have check ups every 6 months I lost my insurance 4 months after surgery I havent been back since RECENTLY my last 3 cycle ive notice white small tissue in my blood when I wipe should I be concerned have the cells maybe come back I have yet to find any reasonable insurance im so scared all I want to do is have another baby
