Bleeding after endometrial ablation is possible if some of the endometrium has managed to recover and be functional again. chances of pregnancy are slim and if it happens, pregnancy complications will arise. I recommend a consult with your gynaecologist to get it checked out. other causes of vaginal bleeding need to be excluded as well Depending on the primary reason fo your endometrial ablation and your current physical findings, you may need a repeat procedure . your age matters as well in that if you are young, more likely for the endometrium to bleed.
