What Causes Vaginal Bleeding In Between Menstrual Cycles?

I m having a vagina bleeding and its not time for my period, the blood is like its in my vagina but it s not coming out unless I urinate or maybe if I push my finger in. So therefore I figured it was my regular menstrual cycle. What could be the cause of this?

It is abnormal dysfunctional uterine bleeding grt your scan done it may be hormonal or some patholygically in witch causes aref fibroid polyps erosion carcinoma ultra scan wllfound ound
