Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

You will have to spot out whether the bleeding is post-coital or menstrual.

There are various causes of post-coital bleeding. Common ones are:
1. cervical lesions- cervical erosion, cervical ectropion, polyp, cervical cancer or pre-neoplastic conditions
2. Endometrial lesions- polyp, hyperplasia, cancerous growth
3. vaginal lesions- infection/inflammation

You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like endometrial curettings, cervical curettings, etc.

The management can be planned after results of the investigations is obtained.
Thank you.
