Hello Welcome to HCM. There is less chances of pregnancy if ipill is taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Bleeding slightly after sex is normal in some cases after first sexual intercourse or after taking i pill. But you said she bleeded twice with painful urination . This can be a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease called vaginal candidiasis or urinary tract infection . If I were her treating doctor,I recommend , -Vaginal clotrimazole tab suppository for 3-5 days. -maintain genital hygiene with soap and water. -Simultaneous treatment of sexual partner if any such symptoms present. -avoid sex while on treatment . -Adequate intake of fluids for hydration. If no relief,vaginal swab and microscopy culture,urianalysis will be necessary. oral antibiotics/oral antibiotics may have to be started with gynaecologist consultation. Hope I answered your query.
