What Causes Urobilinogen In Urine And High Blood Pressure?
hello ...I m. 22 years old man...never consumption alcohol , not a smoker....last time I ve checked my Blood Pressur, the result is 149,100... then my urine test it turn positive for urobilinogen (33umol/l)...I m afraid I ll become hemolytic anemia patient...
Hello dear Understand your concern. Uroblilinogen is present in urine in following conditions: Infective hepatitis, cirrhosis Hemolytic jaundice (Due to hemolysis but rare in your case) Also do whole liver profile (AST, ALT, Billirubin, ALP, LDH, total protein), CBC, ESR to exclude the above causes. And also you are suffering from hypertension. Both hypertension and liver disease are different entity Consult the MD doctor and start treatment. Start exercise and anti hypertension drug like beta blocker or angiotensin inhibitor. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
