General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Uroblilinogen is present in urine in following conditions:
Infective hepatitis, cirrhosis
Hemolytic jaundice (Due to hemolysis but rare in your case)
Also do whole liver profile (AST, ALT, Billirubin, ALP, LDH, total protein), CBC, ESR to exclude the above causes.
And also you are suffering from hypertension.
Both hypertension and liver disease are different entity
Consult the MD doctor and start treatment.
Start exercise and anti hypertension drug like beta blocker or angiotensin inhibitor.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
