hello doc, I am a 58 year man I have a urinary flow problem only at night it seem like I need to pee real bad but when I do go only a small amount come out then I have to wait for the rest to come out to finish urine after the third round of small amount then it feel like I am finish this happen only over night while I am lying down sometime I have to strain to help urine out it flow out easy when I am standing, it has also lower my sex drive as well when I drink a beer in lay down that when the problem began so what can I do for this problem.

This is likely to be due to Enlarged Prostate which is common after the age of 55 years.
consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis. 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis 3) Serum PSA.
Taking Tomsulosin once daily will help to improve your flow .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
