General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

One of the common causes of your symptoms is an urinary tract infection. I recommend to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis and take proper treatment. Meanwhile, I suggest using an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
