Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your genital examination should be done and investigate first with urine routine microscopic examination.

It can be urethritis or upper urinary tract infection. According to your urine report, further investigation can be planned.

Until report comes, antibiotic course empirically can be prescribed and take more fruits juices and more water. Consult urologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
