General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The usual presentation of urination discomfort with testis pain suggest gravels or calculus in the urinary system which gives referred pain to the testicles particularly.
* As infection panel is clear and the medicines are not working, means you require an immediate ultrasound of the kidney, ureter, and bladder for finding out the cause and manage accordingly.

Do feel free to discuss further regarding any such issue in the future.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
