What Causes Urinary Incontinence?

I just got back from a weekend of golf, hot sun, and serious binge drinking. I am extremely tired and have this constant urge to pee. There isn't any burning and the pee smells and looks normal, but I constantly feel like I have to pee. I'm even worried that I may not be able to get any sleep, or I might pee the bed in my sleep. Is this a side effect of the binge drinking?

Hello,

There are different possible reasons for urinary incontinence in your case as a urinary infection, a side effect of binge drinking or dehydration induced alteration in urine pH.

It is advisable to take urine microscopy report with your doctor for further management.
