Hii , Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here there are variety of medical conditions which may leads to urinary incontinence including an UTI , renal or bladder Stone , urethral strictures and many others and If you are having other symptom like burning while urination , frequent urination with incontinence than Most Probably you might have Urinary Tract Infection as you did not mention your sex and age but if you are a elderly male than this can also be caused by Prostate gland enlargement (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) This urgency problem can Also be caused by some other medical conditions like over active bladder , cystitis etc But seriously it needs medical examinations as well as investigations to rule out the underlying medical conditions So I would suggest you to consult with an Urologist , he may go for an urinalysis ( complete examination of urine ) to rule out any infection and a blood Test for Prostate which will tell you whether your prostate is enlarged or not if you are a elderly male I would suggest you to visit your urologist I Hope it helps Thanks again Get well soon
