What Causes Urinary Incontinence?

So not really sure what s going on with me but this past week I ve had some accidents where I pee myself just a little. & I ve looked online and a lot of the websites say if you pee from sneezing, or jumping or Etc it s called something but I forgot what it s called. But the problem is I m not doing any of those things... I could just be sitting or standing there & boom a little bit comes out. But also the right side of my abdomen feels strange... I can t really describe the feeling but it s definitely not normal because the feeling is making me feel nauseous. If anyone can steer me in the right direction that would be great!
