I have a very overactive bladder I urinate every hour if not more I have been cleared of all infection and stonesbno bacteria or anything I have what I think to be a cut on the tip or maybe in the opening of.my penis that burns severely when I urinate I think since I urinate so often it isn t letting the cut heal what can I do

exclude diabetes. have second opinion and repeat investigation exclude u ti and stone in bladder kidney it can be due to prostitis or stricture urethra.
